    Yes! We do worldwide shipping.

    How much is shipping?
    All shipping rates are based off of weight and can range anywhere from $6.50-$28 for domestic and $17-$75 for international. 

    Care instructions for fleece-lined garments and tees? 
    Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Medium iron. Do not dry clean.

    Do you offer wholesale? 
    Yes! But only for our Face Shit makeup bags. Please use the contact form for any wholesale inquiries. :) 

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    It'll take around 3-5 days to process before they are shipped out. Depending on your location you should receive your order within 5-9 business days within the United States. International orders could take longer. For obvious reasons. Tracking numbers will be included in your confirmation emails.

    If you placed an order during a launch weekend, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped due to HIGH volume.

    *Please note: We are not responsible for lost mail. 

    *Shipping Address: Please check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package is returned due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for reshipment. 

    Do you accept AfterPay or Paypal?
    Yes! We do! :) You'll find it at checkout as a payment option.

    *We unfortunately do not offer Afterpay on high-volume launch days due to an internal overselling issue. So if you wish to use Afterpay for your order, you can purchase a gift card before a launch (if you're comfortable). Hopefully this issue is solved quickly so we can have it back as an option on launch days.

    What if I need something quicker than standard shipping?
    Please use the contact form to contact me before you purchase. (Unfortunately unable to request this on launch days due to high volume)

    What is this store's return and exchange policy?
    Unfortunately due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please read product descriptions before purchasing!

    What's the sizing like?
    All items are unisex unless specified otherwise. Measurements will be in the product description!

    How do I wash my makeup bag if it gets dirty?
    We suggest hand wash only. But if it's only makeup you need to clean, use a makeup removing wipe. Best option. They are all lined with a very easy-to-clean lining.

    What if something is wrong with my order?
    If there's a problem with your order, please contact customer service at orders@girrlscout.com and include your name and invoice number so we can sort everything out!

    What if my item got damaged in the wash?
    We are not responsible for wash damage. Please check inner tags or item description before washing!
