Where's your home base?

How long does it take for Tomboy Butterfly items to restock?
Since these items are all made from scratch, typical production time + delivery takes up to 12 weeks if we don't make any changes to the design. The best thing you can do is sign up for restock alerts in your size so you'll be notified when they're back!

Are your products ethically made?
Yes! The factories used to produce our items are all WRAP approved. (which assure safe, legal and ethical manufacturing processes.) This is extremely important to us.

Customer service hours?
We're here to help! Please allow up to 24 hours for someone on our customer service team to get back to you. Any emails sent after business hours will be responded to during the next business day. If it's sent after hours on a Friday, it will be responded to on the following Monday. Our hours are 9am PST - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! We do offer worldwide shipping.

How much is shipping?
All Domestic orders under 1lbs will be calculated at checkout. (usually around $3-5) Shipped with USPS.

All Domestic orders over 1lbs will be a flat rate of $9.00 (UPS)

Domestic orders of $150+ will be FREE shipping

International shipping fees through USPS will be calculated at checkout by weight.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, it'll take around 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Depending on your location you should receive your order within 5-9 business days within the United States. International orders could take longer. For obvious reasons. Tracking numbers will be included in your shipping confirmation emails.

If you place an order on a drop day or drop weekend, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship due to HIGH volume.

*Shipping Address: Please double check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package is returned due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for re-shipment. 

Lost Or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package is "delivered" but you did not receive it, we are not liable for any theft or missing mail incidents so please get in touch with your local post office with any questions regarding next steps or to figure out what happened with your delivery.

Do you accept AfterPay?
Yes! We do! You'll find it at checkout as a payment option.

*We unfortunately turn off Afterpay on high-volume launch days due to a Shopify overselling issue. So if you wish to use Afterpay for your order, you can purchase a gift card before a launch (if you're comfortable). Hopefully this issue is solved quickly so we can have it back as an option on launch days but this is our only solution as of now.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges at this time but we do offer returns for store credit only. Please refer to our returns page for more information. All returns must be submitted through our returns portal, not via email.

*Please note: If you purchased a sale item, it is final sale.

Size Charts?
In each item description there is a link to a size chart. Please note, most of our items are meant to fit oversized and it will always state this in the description as well. If you have any questions about our sizing, please email us: Orders@girrlscout.com 

What's the sizing like?
We carry sizes XS - 4X. Most of our items are considered unisex unless specified otherwise in the description.

Care instructions for my item?
All items will either have printed or inside sewn tags for specific washing/care instructions. Contact us if you can't find it.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If there's a problem with your order or something arrives damaged, please contact customer service and include your name and order number so we can sort everything out and take care of you!

What if my item got damaged in the wash?
We are not responsible for wash damage. Please check inner tags or item description before washing! If you're ever unsure, feel free to ask us!
