Returns

All returns must be submitted via this returns portal.

Shit You Need To Know Beforehand:
We do returns in the form of store credit only. If the item you purchase is on sale or marked as final sale, it will be unable to return.

All items returned must be free of make-up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags must be attached and in its original garment bag. If an item is returned to us in a non-re-sellable condition, your refund will not be issued in full and there will be a 50% restocking fee.

How The Process Goes:
Once your return(s) is submitted through our returns portal here, it will be in review by us. After your return is approved by our team, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and our shipping address. Please make sure your return(s) includes your full name and order number when it is sent back to us.

*We pick up returns from our mailbox every Wednesday, so they will be processed then. 

What's the timeframe?
You have 7 days after your item(s) is successfully delivered to start a return process for store credit. Once your return has been accepted by our team, it must be sent back to our mailbox within 21 days of your item(s) acceptance date. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If your return hasn't been received in time, your request will expire and we will not be able to issue you a refund. (if for some reason this cannot be done in this time frame, please email us ahead of time to let us know)

Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to our warehouse (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

Store Credit Info:
Once we receive your return back at our warehouse and it is inspected and approved by our team, it will be processed for store credit. We process returns every Wednesday. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit (in the form of a gift card). Store credit does not have an expiration date.

Exchanges:
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available or when it comes back in stock). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires. :)

Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and attach photos to: Orders@girrlscout.com
