The Cargo Sweatpants

I purchased these on the first drop, and have waited to review - ya know to make sure I really like them. I will say I live in them. They are the most comfortable sweats I've had in a long time. The waist sits on my natural waist line, and I like that. I also REALLY love how the cuff on the bottom is not tight around my ankles. The ankle cuff is perfect. Oh and the POCKETS! folks - the pocket fits a phone, and it doesn't fall out - promise. I don't use the cargo pockets often, but it has a cute button hole - you can't see it from the outside, but the inside of the pocket flap has a little spot to fit the button into. The material isn't too thick, and not too thin. I live in Minnesota, and they've kept me warm. For size reference, I'm about 170 lbs and I purchased a Large size.

Best pants I've ever owned. I'm going to need to get more, because I've been living in these. I'm plus size and they don't roll down on me which in of itself is so amazing. On top of not rolling down, they also don't squeeze or tuck into a side roll. It's soft, not overly warm and doesn't trigger my autism sensory issues. The pockets not only fit my phone but also fit various things like my switch or toddlers sippy cup. I love that the cargo pockets have buttons which helps keep them flat. The color is a vitange washed black which is 🤌🤌 10/10 top to bottom

The hoodie material on these pants is an actual DREAM. They are very warm and convenient with the pockets. I got a medium and I’m 5’7, 140lbs. It fits just right with a little bit of give around the waste which I appreciate. I think the top band is cute, but could go without it as well. Aside from the material, my next favorite part of these pants is that the ankles aren’t tight! I don’t even own any other sweat pants because I can’t stand the scrunchy elastic around the ankles you usually find. Maybe I have giant ankles? I just hope other designers follow suit. Or not - I’d be happy to buy these from Michelle forever.

I’ve own many a pair of the joggers/sweatpants from Girrlscout and these are my fav yet! Actually I can whole heartily say they are my fav from any company. The material they are made of are warm yet not too warm, legit are JUST RIGHT! I live in Florida so they work in my climate too. I went up in my sizing because I like a baggier fit (I’m in between sizes 12/14 currently with a big ol butt) and am loving my XLs but I could have easily been just as comfy in a large. Maybe the band would have fit more fitted than too so if you want that fitted I’d personally size down! I’m 5 8 and have long legs and they long enough and cover my ankles, which isn’t always the case with other brands. Tied with the “cold cold” motto this happens to be my other fav motto. I’ve worn them every night since they made it to me and I will probably be living in them from here on out. If made in more colors(or mottos) I will be signing up for those as well, perhaps a dark green or warm brown option….

I decided last minute to get a size small in the cargo pants because if I am truly honest with myself, I wanted a super oversized, comfy as fuck pair of pants. They just came in the mail and holy moly 🥹 they are so perfect that I think next drop I am also going to purchase an extra small so I have options. You know, something I can wear out with like heels and a crop top but then also have a bigger size for those times of the month where I am eating a gallon of ben and jerry’s on the couch watching gilmore girls. Keep slayin’ girrlscout. You are so in your element right now and you are THRIVING. Thank you for filling my post-baby closet with quality clothing. ✨
